Repugnant, Really?
The Judge finds waterboarding repugnant, but doesn’t know if it is torture. Well I guess he has drunk the kool-aid and needs to be rejected.

well, he's in a tough spot. If he says waterboarding is torture, and if torture is illegal, then his future boss has broken the law! Should the new AG prosecute this prez?
