Roubini: The Optimist?

In early 2009 he thought that unemployment would hit 10% in 2010. This is the first time that I found Dr. Doom to be optimistic and off base.

Okay, so he is only a couple of months off, and it doesn’t exactly tarnish his reputation. But it does show that even the smartest and most prescient (not to mention pessimistic) of the experts may not have a handle on the depth of this “Great Recession.”
